Summary

Hello! My name is Adrienna Joyce Magyar but I go by AJ for short. I am short, energetic, Irish dance, and have a huge obsession with dragons. My biggest fear in this world are spiders - I hate spiders! But those are merely a few pieces of me.

In 2007, I received an e-mail from one of my best friends, Chuck. When I opened it, there was a link to a YouTube user's music video for the song Everytime We Touch by Cascada; the video was about Kingdom Hearts - a video game which entangled Disney, Final Fantasy, and The World Ends With You characters with the main character Sora on his search to find his friends. The animation in the video inspired and intrigued me; I loved how the sky, the water, and the characters movements looked realistic. Every piece of the game looked amazing, and it inspired me to become a 3D artist, graduated from the Digital Media Design Program, and enrolled in the 3D Computer Graphics Program at Red River College, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Both programs provided me with the ability to become a 3D Animator. I learned how to do key-frame animation, motion capture, and integrate into other programs.Initially it was one of the hardest things that I have come to learn but it has been the most rewarding.

Three years later, I have graduated from the Digital Media Design program and now I am graduating in 3D Computer Graphics program. Graduation is only the beginning - I plan to expand my dream even further.

In the future, I hope to become one of the best 3D Animator in the industry through hard work and perseverance. While this goal may seem impossible, the bigger the dreams I have the more determined I am to accomplish them. While I am no brain surgeon or rocket scientist, I know who I am and where my strengths lie. If I fall, I get back up again; constantly learning more, asking questions, and working harder. I am never give up or quit. I know I am headed in the right direction by pursuing a career as a 3D Animator.

One of my favourite parts of my dream is knowing that learning never stops; every day we learn to cope with hardships or master new skills, from learning a new program to mastering a new technique to moving out of our comfort zones to experience and appreciate the world around us. Learning can bring new life and knowledge into your world, some of which you may have never considered before. I may be short and highly energetic but I have an immense passion for 3D design and artistry. I am me, this is my dream, my passion, and my future.
